 Booking Changes: Customers may request changes to their bookings up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges depending on the nature of the request.

Services Provided

 Service Availability: Iceland Taxi Reykjavik operates 24/7, 365 days a year, providing a range of transportation services including but not limited to airport transfers, private tours, and sightseeing excursions throughout Iceland.

 Service Specifics:

 Airport Transfers: We offer transfers to and from Keflavik Airport, including additional stops such as the Blue Lagoon. Our drivers will monitor your flight to adjust pickup times accordingly.
 Tours and Excursions: Our tours include popular destinations such as the Golden Circle, South Coast, and Reykjavik City. Detailed itineraries are provided at the time of booking.

 Waiting Time:

 For airport pickups, we provide a complimentary waiting time of up to 60 minutes after your flight has landed.
 For other locations, a waiting time of 15 minutes is included. Extended waiting times may incur additional charges, which will be communicated to the customer.

 Extra Services: We offer additional services such as child seats, luggage assistance, and special requests. These services may be subject to availability and additional charges.

Customer Responsibilities

 Professional Conduct: All our drivers are trained professionals who are committed to providing a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience. They will assist you with your luggage and ensure that your journey is as smooth as possible.

 Service Reliability: While we strive to be punctual and efficient, unforeseen circumstances such as traffic delays, weather conditions, or vehicle issues may affect our service. We will do our best to communicate any delays and arrange alternative solutions if necessary.

Liability

 Limitation of Liability: Iceland Taxi Reykjavik is not liable for any direct or indirect losses, damages, or inconveniences caused by service delays, cancellations, or disruptions due to factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or government actions.

 Loss of Property: We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in our vehicles. Customers are advised to keep their belongings with them at all times.

 Customer-Initiated Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the amount paid.

 Company-Initiated Cancellations: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook at no additional cost.

 No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up at the agreed pickup location without prior notice, you may not be eligible for a refund.

 Service Issues: If there are any issues with the service provided, such as a significant delay or unsatisfactory service, please contact us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will investigate the issue and, if found valid, provide a partial or full refund based on the circumstances.

Process for Refunds

 Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.

 Booking fees or service charges that are disclosed at the time of booking.
 Additional services or requests made after the initial booking that are paid for separately.
Changes to Bookings

 Modification of Booking: If you need to change the details of your booking (e.g., pickup time, location), please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to availability and any applicable additional charges.

 Rescheduling Policy: If you wish to reschedule your booking, you may do so within the 24-hour notice period. Rescheduling is subject to availability and any differences in fare.
